- Select the package value (optional).
Filling in all the sender and receiver information.
- accept QI Post terms & conditions and then can pay for the order via an online payment method (Paypal, Visa/Master credit card, Direct Debit, DirectPay, etc.)
after payment the label with the barcode and the invoice are ready to print. Also an automatic email and SMS will be send to the customer about label and barcode. If the customer has a printer, he can print the label and put it on his parcel. Otherwise he should ask QI Post service point agent to print the label for him.
The customer shall be compensated in case the shipment is insured according to the insurance and compensation regulations mentioned in the terms and conditions
These fees are not included in the case of the commercial shipment and the fees are according to the laws and regulations in the country of the import or export

Money transfer service is not available. Qi post is a courier company for transporting goods and shipments
Actual Weight is the weight of the package when put on a scale. Dimensional Weight is based on the size of the package. Large items that have a small Actual Weight, like pillows, which have a larger Dimensional Weight and will be choose the larger weight between them.

Tracking Number is a number that can be used through the "Tracking your shipment" tool. It identifies the status and the location of the package until the delivery status.
The tracking number of the shipment can be found on the receipt and it is also sent to the sender and receiver by email and SMS.

You can find your nearest drop-off point or QI Post Service Point by using the “Find a Service Point” tool on our website.
In the case of 25 kg or less, you can send it by the nearest Drop-off point (Hermes) or QI Post Agent. For a shipment from 25 kg up to 200 kg, you can send it only by QI Post Agents. If the package exceeds 30 kg please contact the customer service which will guide you to find the best way to send your package.
You can track your shipment by using the tracking tools on our website. You receive the tracking number by SMS and email and also on your invoice.
You can only cancel the shipment as long as it hasn’t departed from our warehouse. Unfortunately we can not refund shipping costs anyway.
The parcel can not be returned to the sender but it will be kept in a warehouse for a maximum 6 weeks.
The receiver address can't be changed, but it is possible to stop the package in the receiver's warehouse city. The person who will receive the package should visit the warehouse with the secret code which was previously been sent.
If you are waiting for a shipment to receive please be aware that standard delivery time varies depending on distance. With the express service the delivery takes about 8 to 10 days and with the normal land service it takes 20 to 24 days to deliver. You can track the package online if it was sent with a tracking ID and sometimes there is a delay in customs because of the different content of the package or the wrong package title.
This can not happen because the delivery will be sent only to the person who has the secret code that we send to the sender and receiver via SMS and email address.
If a letter or parcel has an address on it we are required to deliver the item to the address indicated. Changes or corrections can’t be made to the address or the letter or package once it has been sent. The shipment will remain in the store for a maximum of 6 weeks and will only be delivered to the person who has the secret code which was already sent via SMS and Email to the sender and the receiver.
